Bob Poling has extensive experience in manufacturing and production roles, currently serving as a Manufacturing Technician at Blair Rubber Company since September 1995, where responsibilities include supporting shipping and receiving, warehouse management, and invoicing. Prior to this, Bob held positions at Bedell Kraus Flexographic Rubber and Blair Rubber Company as a Laborer, as well as a Production Planner in recent years. Early career roles included serving as a Foreman in the Stamping Department at Louisiana Pacific Corporation and providing medical administration services while in the United States Air Force. Bob attended the Community College of the Air Force, specializing in Health and Medical Administrative Services, and graduated from Kenmore High School with a focus on Intensive Office Education in Accounting.
