Ralph Wuebbling II

Ralph Wuebbling II has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ralph started their career in 1994 as an Operations Team Member at Fifth Third Bank. In 1995, they joined RJW Motorsports as a Division Manager, overseeing a team of six employees. Ralph later became the Operations Manager and Owner of the company, leading various aspects of the business, including strategic planning, budgeting, purchasing, and vendor relations. During their tenure, Ralph grew the family-owned business significantly and successfully transitioned a majority of sales to an e-commerce platform.

In 2022, Ralph began working at Blair Tech, where they held roles such as Ecommerce Marketplace Analyst, Director of E-commerce, and currently serves as the Director of SIOP (Sales Inventory & Operations Planning).
