Veronique Normand

Veronique Normand is an experienced professional in the mining and metals industry, currently serving as Surintendante logistique et outillage at Blais Industries Inc. since September 2022. Previously, Veronique held various positions at Glencore Copper from June 2011 to September 2022, including Chargée de projet, Surintendante développement technique et Lean/six sigma, and Surintendante bilan des métaux, where responsibilities included project management for high-precision metal balance implementation and oversight of quality and metal accounting. Earlier roles at Glencore encompassed Analyste du bilan des métaux and Métallurgiste - Service technique within one of the world's largest copper and precious metals producers. Veronique began the career as a junior engineer at Laporte Consultants and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnological Engineering from Université de Sherbrooke and a certification in organizational development from HEC Montréal.
