Carrie Chan

Carrie Chan, CPA, CA, CPA (Illinois), has a diverse work experience in finance and financial reporting. Carrie started their career as a Financial Reporting Analyst at Dancap Global Asset Management in 2010. Carrie then worked as a CA Student at Onex Corporation from 2011 to 2012, before joining PwC as an Associate in 2013. Carrie returned to Onex Corporation in 2014, this time as a Director of Finance, a role they held until October 2019. In 2020, they joined Imperial Capital Limited as a Director of Financial Reporting, before moving to Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP as their Director of Finance in September 2020.

Carrie Chan, CPA, CA, CPA (Illinois), holds a Master of Accounting with Distinction from the University of Waterloo, obtained in 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Mathematics with a Finance Specialization, also with Distinction, from the University of Waterloo from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, Carrie has obtained the certifications of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation in 2016, and the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Accountant (CA) designations from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario (CPA Ontario) in 2015.
