Frank Hernandez has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as an HSE Coordinator and previously as a Safety Specialist at Blakely Construction Co. since September 2013. In these roles, Frank has demonstrated expertise in safety management and training as an instructor and field technician. Frank completed a GED at Odessa High School in November 2021.
