Matthew McAlpine

Matthew McAlpine has a diverse work experience in various industries. Matthew is currently the President of Emerald Canning Partners since January 2024. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Blake's Beverage Co. starting from October 2022. Matthew also held the position of Vice President Operations at Blake's Hard Cider Co. from August 2015.

Matthew has previous experience at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, where they worked in multiple roles. Matthew started as an Industrial Engineering Project Specialist in September 2014 and later became a Logistics Technical Specialist. Matthew also served as a Preventative Maintenance Coordinator, Productivity Improvement Engineer, and Pre Series Supervisor during their time at FCA. Matthew joined FCA in June 2012 in their Manufacturing Leadership Development Program.

Before joining FCA, Matthew worked as a Project Manager at Midwest Printing & Magnus Investments from May 2007 to September 2012. Matthew managed construction, renovations, and maintenance projects, as well as engineered product packaging for large systems.

Matthew's early career includes a role as a Contact Engineer at Chrysler Group LLC in 2011, where they ensured the integrity and completion of vehicle builds. Matthew also worked as an Inventory and AM Loading Supervisor at FedEx in 2007.

Matthew McAlpine received their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Strategic Leadership from Walsh College of Accountancy and Business Administration from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from Michigan State University, studying from 2007 to 2012. Matthew completed their high school education at Lake Orion High School from 2003 to 2007.
