Matt Peterson is an experienced restaurant management professional with a diverse background in operations and team leadership. Currently serving as General Manager at Blake's Lotaburger since November 2022, Matt previously held the position of Area Director at Apple American Group LLC from March 2014 to December 2022, overseeing operations for multiple locations. Prior roles include Area Business Manager at EinsteinNoah Restaurant Group, where operational support was provided to restaurant teams in the Kansas City and St. Louis areas, and various managerial positions at Applebee's Services Inc. spanning over two decades, with responsibilities ranging from strategy and implementation to field training and project management. Matt's career began as a manager at Stouffer Restaurants and Borel Restaurants. Educational qualifications include a BA in Business Management from Baker University and degrees in Liberal Arts from the University of St. Thomas and Cleveland State University.
