Lou Delaforcade

Lou deLaforcade serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Blakeslee Prestress Inc since June 2024. Previously, Lou held the position of Head of Finance – Americas & Australia/New Zealand at Sonova Group from 2022 to September 2023, where notable achievements included leading the Finance component during a corporate carveout from Sennheiser. Prior to this, Lou spent over 17 years at Sennheiser Electronic Corporation, progressing from Director of Finance, responsible for financial forecasting and budgeting, to Controller, overseeing accounting system compliance. Lou's early career included roles as Director of Financial Reporting and Assistant Controller at The Lane Construction Corporation, Senior Accountant at Stanley Bostitch, and Staff/Senior Accountant at PwC. Lou's educational background features an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Tufts University.
