Vaibhav Pawar

Vaibhav Pawar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management consulting and executive leadership. Currently serving as the Managing Director at Blanc Labs since August 2025, Vaibhav has previously held significant roles at Boston Consulting Group as a Principal and Project Leader from September 2022 to August 2025, and at Deloitte Consulting as a Senior Manager in Enterprise Performance Management and in various consulting roles in Strategy and Analytics from July 2012 to July 2022. Early career experiences include a Business Operations Internship at University Hospital and a Graduate Research Assistant position at Case Western Reserve University's Department of Family Medicine. Additionally, Vaibhav worked as a Project Lead at Syntel and served as an Adjunct Professor in Bio Informatics at Pune Vidyarthi Griha.
