Joevel Abelende

Joevel Abelende began their work experience in 2010 as a Support Engineer at Tremendous Communications Inc., where they performed installation and commissioning of ELV and ICT systems. Joevel also conducted field surveys and ocular inspections of microwave radio facilities and analyzed network paths and network topology development. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Communications Engineer - Building Automation at SANG, where they were part of the mechanical and electrical division's operations and maintenance team responsible for building services. In 2012, they joined Siemens as a Project Engineer on the MOFA Project, and later became the Engineering Technical Section Lead. Siemens Limited is a subsidiary of Siemens AG and provides comprehensive solutions in various fields. From 2020 to 2022, Joevel worked at HYPERMEMO OY as a Test Engineer, focusing on both hardware and software. Currently, in 2022, they are employed at Blancco Technology Group as a Test Engineer (Software QA).

Joevel Abelende has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree with a field of study in Electronics and Communications from Central Philippine University. Joevel then pursued a degree in Ohjelmointi Ammatti, specializing in Software Development, at Riveria from 2020 to 2021. Currently, Joevel is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Technologies at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, which started in 2023 and is expected to be completed in 2025.
