Ann Rollins

Ann Rollins is an experienced leadership development professional with a robust background in instructional design and training strategy. Currently serving as Vice President, Custom Solutions and Chief Solutions Architect at Blanchard since January 2020, Ann focuses on creating innovative leadership experiences tailored to client needs. Prior experience includes leadership roles at GP Strategies Corporation, where Ann directed Learning Architecture and contributed to innovative learning approaches, as well as positions at Time Warner Cable and General Dynamics, where Ann developed technical training materials and managed training programs. Ann holds a Master of Arts in Human Performance Systems from Marymount University and a Bachelor's degree in English, German, and Theatre from Longwood University.
