Cathy Paiva

Cathy Paiva has extensive experience in proposal management and strategic leadership, currently serving as the Director of Proposal Services and COE Initiative Adoption at Blanchard since August 2015. In this role, Cathy oversees the development of high-value proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and presentations. Previously, Cathy held the position of Director, Proposals and Sales Enablement and worked as a Proposal Manager for the State of California from March 2006 to May 2023. Additionally, Cathy was a Notary Public and served as Supervisor of Market and Product Management at CareFusion from April 2005 to February 2013.
