Jamie Wier

Jamie Wier has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Currently, they serve as the Operations Manager at Noble Jones, where they handle daily operations, payroll, scheduling, recruiting, hiring, marketing, and bookkeeping. They also act as the point of contact for public relations, private events, reservations, and more.

Prior to this, Jamie worked as the Marketing Director at Blanchard and Calhoun Real Estate Company, where they were responsible for developing and maintaining marketing and communication initiatives for multiple businesses under the company. They also assisted with business operations, community outreach, program implementation, company culture, and events.

Before that, Jamie was self-employed as a Freelance Writer, Ghostwriter, and Account Manager. They specialized in content writing and social media branding for various industries and managed client relationships, working with a team of content writers.

Jamie also has experience as a Certified Les Mills RPM Instructor at Gold's Gym and as the Director of Business Development and Marketing at On Call Staffing. At On Call Staffing, they developed and implemented a marketing plan to increase revenues and profits and worked with the internal team to maximize opportunities and revenue.

In addition, Jamie served as the Manager and Director of Marketing at Klosinski Overstreet, LLP, where they oversaw residential and commercial real estate transactions, implemented new office procedures, and enhanced customer experience and efficiency.

Their earliest work experience includes a management role at American Eagle Outfitters, where they supported the Store Manager in sales, human resources, inventory control, merchandising, and client service.

Jamie Wier completed their high school education at Westside High School from 1999 to 2003, earning a High School Diploma. Following that, they attended Augusta State University - College of Business Administration from 2004 to 2011 and graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. Jamie then pursued higher education at Charleston Southern University starting in 2014, where they are currently enrolled in a Master of Science program with a focus on Project Management.

Additionally, Jamie has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. They obtained certification in HubSpot Marketing Software and Social Media from HubSpot Academy in November 2022. In May 2021, they completed the Leadership Columbia County program offered by the Columbia County Chamber of Commerce. Furthermore, Jamie became a Les Mills RPM Instructor certified by Les Mills International in January 2014.
