Cory Maag, MSN, RN, has held various nursing and management roles at Blanchard Valley Health System since February 2010, including Clinical Systems Coordinator, Clinical Manager for the Medical/Oncology unit, House Supervisor, and Open Heart Recovery RN. Cory manages a 30-bed unit with over 60 employees, which includes nurses, patient care technicians, and unit secretaries. In addition to healthcare, Cory co-owns Barley Five Malt House, a craft-malt facility established in January 2018, focusing on partnerships with craft breweries. Previous nursing experience includes serving as an Emergency Department RN at St. Rita's Medical Center from March 2006 to December 2008. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Leadership and Management from Western Governors University and a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix.
