Gulshan Mehta

Gulshan Mehta has a strong background in healthcare technology and management consulting. Gulshan most recently served as the Chief Digital and Information Officer at Blanchard Valley Health System starting in 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of the Bear Institute for Health Innovation at Oracle from 2022 to 2023 and at Children's National Hospital from 2018 to 2023. Gulshan also worked as a Director of Healthcare Technology and Management Consulting at RSM US LLP from 2016 to 2018. Before transitioning to consulting, they spent several years at Cerner Corporation in various roles including Director of Client Org, Sr. Service Delivery Manager, Project Leader, and Sr. Database Administrator. Gulshan began their career as an Engineering Co-op at Ameren in 2003.

Gulshan Mehta holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia and has also studied Computer Science at Virginia Tech. In 2019, they obtained certifications in CIO BOOTCAMP and Certified Healthcare CIO (CHCIO) from CHIME. Furthermore, Gulshan has certifications in CPHIMS from HIMSS and OCA from Oracle.
