Tammy Holtzberger

Tammy Holtzberger is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner and Associate Relations Administrator at Blanchard Valley Health System since August 2008. In these roles, Tammy focuses on associate complaints, dispute resolutions, and various HR policies while collaborating with managers on disciplinary actions and career coaching. Additionally, Tammy established a comprehensive Workplace Substance Abuse & Testing Policy and serves as a resource for managers and associates regarding substance abuse matters. As the owner of Sable Skye Jewelry since January 2009, Tammy designs custom jewelry and beauty products. Previously, Tammy held the position of Human Resources Manager and HSE Coordinator at Cintas from 2002 to 2008, where responsibilities included recruiting and hiring new employees. Tammy's academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Tiffin University and two Associate degrees from Owens Community College in Business Management and Business Administration.
