Philip Martin is the Founder and CEO of Blanco Nino, a premium tortilleria established in September 2015, known for producing traditionally made Mexican tortillas and tortilla chips, and currently operating across 16 markets. Martin has received several accolades, including ‘Best New Idea’ at the ‘Ireland Best Young Entrepreneur’ National Final in 2014 and ‘Best Start Up’ at the Regional Final in 2015. Prior to Blanco Nino, Martin founded Little Ass Burrito Bar, a casual dining Mexican restaurant in Dublin, serving from February 2011 to October 2018.
