Bill Katris

Bill Katris is a Commercial Litigation Partner at Blank Rome LLP, specializing in data privacy, restrictive covenants, labor and employment matters, and shareholder disputes, with over 20 years of experience in complex commercial litigation. Previously, Bill served as the Litigation Group Chair and Co-Leader of the Technology Practice at HMB Legal Counsel, focusing on general counseling for technology businesses and extensive litigation in various areas including cyber-security and employment law. Bill has also held positions at Tressler LLP and Eannace, Meade & Associates, gaining significant expertise in insurance defense and complex litigation matters. Bill holds a J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a B.A. from Loyola University Chicago, along with additional educational experiences from the University of Chicago and King's College London.
