Erica Rovinsky

Erica Rovinsky has a diverse work experience. Erica started their career in 2004 as a Member Relations Manager at the Home Builders Association of Bucks/Montgomery Counties. In 2007, they transitioned to Blank Rome LLP, where they held various roles. Erica started as a Professional Development Specialist, managing firm-wide performance management initiatives and professional development programs. Later, they became a Legal Recruiting Specialist and then a Legal Recruiting Manager, responsible for recruitment strategies and processes. Their most recent roles at Blank Rome LLP include Associate Director of Attorney Recruiting and Director of Attorney Recruiting.

Erica Rovinsky obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising/Public Relations from Penn State University, where they studied from 2000 to 2004.
