Kenneth Ottaviano

Kenneth Ottaviano is a Partner and Chair of the Chicago Office at Blank Rome LLP, where responsibilities include representing various financing sources in complex insolvency and restructuring matters across the United States. With extensive experience in significant corporate bankruptcies, out-of-court workouts, and multijurisdictional assignments, Kenneth also handles federal and state court receivership actions, foreclosures, and debtor-creditor litigation. Prior to joining Blank Rome LLP in June 2019, Kenneth held the position of Partner at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP from April 2000 to June 2019, and served as an Associate at Ungaretti & Harris LLP and Myler, Ruddy, & McTavish. Kenneth earned a J.D., cum laude, from Cooley Law School and a B.A. in Political Science from Lake Forest College.
