Merle Delancey

Merle DeLancey is a Partner in the Government Contracts Practice at Blank Rome LLP since February 2016, specializing in federal and state healthcare contracts involving pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, and related services. DeLancey has extensive experience in government investigations, audits, and litigation, including protests and disputes pertaining to various federal contracting issues such as the Service Contract Act and compliance with the Buy American Act. Prior to this role, DeLancey served as a Partner at Dickstein Shapiro LLP. Merle DeLancey holds a Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Furman University.
