Peter Weissman is a highly experienced Patent and Trademark Attorney currently serving as a Partner at Blank Rome LLP since December 1999. With a diverse legal background, Weissman has expertise in numerous practice areas, including intellectual property, corporate law, and litigation. Prior to joining Blank Rome, Weissman worked as an Associate Attorney at Jacobson, Price, Holman & Stern, LLP and gained experience in patent preparation and prosecution at Leone & Moffa, LLP. Weissman's career began as a Patent Examiner at the USPTO, focused on wireless communication and networking technologies.
