Tom Westle

Tom Westle is a Partner and Co-Chairman of the Investment Management Group at Blank Rome LLP, specializing in corporate and securities laws with a focus on funds and investment management since October 2003. Prior to this role, Tom held various positions including Partner, Managing Partner, and Counsel at Spitzer & Feldman, where Tom served until the firm's closure in 2003, and previously worked at Battle Fowler and other firms in the 1990s. Tom's legal career began in a corporate environment as an Assistant General Counsel at Clubroom Corporation and Prudential-Bache Securities from 1980 to 1984, transitioning into law firm practice between 1985 and 1994. Tom Westle obtained a Bachelor's degree in History from Rutgers University - Newark and a law degree from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University.
