William Cruse

Litigator -- Commercial Disputes, Class Actions, Trade Secret Protection, And Employment Issues

William Cruse has extensive experience in litigation, currently serving as a litigator at Blank Rome LLP since February 2008, with a focus on commercial disputes, class actions, trade secret protection, and employment issues. Cruse has handled a variety of cases involving business disputes, including class action defense, RICO, the Bank Secrecy Act, breach of contract, and antitrust matters, as well as employment disputes concerning non-compete agreements and misappropriation of trade secrets. Prior to this role, Cruse worked as a litigation attorney at Weil Gotshal and Manges from September 2004 to February 2008 and served as an analyst at JPMorgan Chase from May 1999 to July 2001. Cruse obtained a Juris Doctor degree from The University of Texas School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Spanish from Tufts University.
