Currently serving as a Change Management Consultant at Blankenship Change Consulting since January 2022, Lindsay previously held key roles at Neighborhood Goods, where pivotal expansion and operational success were achieved as Director of Customer Experience and Director of Store Operations. Prior to that, Lindsay directed operations and account management at Read Between The Lines, driving significant cost savings and triple-digit account growth. Additional experience includes roles at Wallflower Management, Pier 1 Imports, Fossil, and Neiman Marcus, all contributing to a robust skill set in strategic planning, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Stephen F. Austin State University.
