Jimmy Frischling

Jimmy Frischling has a long and varied work experience in the hospitality, technology, and food and beverage industries. In 2007, they became Partner & Finance Director at Branded Restaurants USA. In 2017, they co-founded Branded Hospitality Ventures and has since been Managing Partner. In 2019, they became an Investor & Director at Blanket, a software platform that tracks the progress and performance of daily tasks for managers and employees. In 2020, they co-founded BOOM, a digital e-commerce platform providing best in class technology, innovation, professional services and suppliers within the entire spectrum of the Food & Beverage ecosystem, and became Investor & Director at Spendgo, an integrated digital marketing and customer loyalty platform. In 2021, they became Investor & Director at Brizo FoodMetrics, the leading provider of foodservice data and analytics across the U.S. and Canada, and Minnow Technologies, Inc. In 2022, they became Investor & Director at Copia, a next-generation technology platform for food waste management.

Jimmy Frischling received their MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School between 1992 and 1994. Prior to that, they obtained a BA in Government from Wesleyan University between 1986 and 1990.
