Ryan Sober is an experienced product and technology executive with a strong background in managing product development and engineering teams across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Product at Blankfactor since August 2022, Ryan previously held roles including Senior Support Engineer at Capital One, where management of a support engineering team was key. Ryan also led product management at Gravy Work, overseeing the development of a mobile-first platform for temp staffing solutions, and directed customer success initiatives at TIBCO. With extensive experience in consulting and project management, Ryan has a solid foundation in sustainability, having worked with Deloitte and as an independent consultant. Ryan holds an MBA/MS in Business and Information Technology from the University of Maryland and a BBA from Emory University.
