Gaurav Hardikar has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Gaurav currently holds the role of Sr. Director, Head of Consumer Product at HomeLight, where they have doubled connection rates and improved the way clients connect with HomeLight and agents. Prior to this, Gaurav worked as an Advisor and Career Coach for various startups, providing guidance on product management and design. Gaurav also served as Vice President of Product at Brilliant Smart Home, where they transformed the company's product offering and led the launch of multiple hardware products and a SaaS solution. Gaurav has also held positions at shopkick and Zillow Group, where they drove growth and success through product and revenue conversion strategies. Gaurav began their career at Accenture as a Senior Analyst and gained valuable experience as a Technical Intern at Intel Corporation.

Gaurav Hardikar has pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management Information Systems from the Texas McCombs School of Business. Additionally, they have studied Economics at The University of Texas at Austin and completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in the same field.
