Joy Milne

Joy Milne is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in accounting and finance management across various industries. Currently serving as the Controller at Blasch Precision Ceramics since January 2014, Joy oversees accounting staff, manages general ledger maintenance, and presents financial reports to management. Previous roles include Controller at Noble Gas Solutions and AWESCO – Albany Welding Supply, as well as Assistant Finance Director at Canyon Ranch, where responsibilities included managing accounting operations and monthly close processes. Joy held the position of Controller for FairPoint Communications’ Mid Atlantic Region, supervising financial data integrity across multiple subsidiaries. Earlier career highlights include positions as a Cost Specialist and Accounting Supervisor, along with experience as a Senior Auditor at Coopers & Lybrand. Joy holds a BS degree in Accounting with an English Minor from the State University of New York at Oswego.
