Allie Jackson

Allie Jackson has a diverse range of work experience starting from 2005 to the present. Allie began their career as a Copy Editor at The Gainesville Times before working as a News Staff Writer/reporter at The Barrow County News. At the Athens Banner-Herald, they served as a Breaking News/GA Reporter. Allie then transitioned to a Media Relations Manager at Georgia Credit Union Affiliates, where they worked closely with the director of communications to develop story concepts and write media releases. Allie also collaborated with journalists across various media platforms. Following this role, they joined Growth By Design as a Senior Content Writer, responsible for creating content for clients' websites, press releases, social media, and more. Allie also managed the company's social media outlets and contributed to strategic planning initiatives. In 2016, Allie started their own business, Allie Jackson Art, specializing in landscape, seascape, and cityscape paintings as a hobby. Lastly, they worked as a Marketing Director at Blasingame, Burch, Garrard and Ashley, P.C. since October 2017.

Allie Jackson has a Bachelor of Arts - ABJ with honors degree in Magazines/Journalism from The University of Georgia, which they obtained from 2008 to 2014. Prior to that, they pursued an Associate of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of North Georgia from 2005 to 2008. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained an Advanced Google Analytics certification from Google in July 2019.
