E. Davison Burch

Mr. Burch has enjoyed a long and distinguished career. As a founding partner of the firm, he has not only been a mentor to other attorneys, but has served the practice of law and his community extensively. With over 50 years of experience being recognized by the Georgia State Bar, Mr. Burch has served in leadership positions as President and Chairman of multiple associations throughout his career. The dedication to his community is represented by his former chairing of the Athens Area Chamber of Commerce and Clarke County Hospital Authority, and continued assistance with various local organizations.

Mr. Burch graduated from the University of Georgia with an A.B. Degree in 1965 and from the University of Georgia School of Law with a J.D. Degree in 1968. He was a member of the National Moot Court Team while in law school.

Mr. Burch is a Fellow and former State Chair of the American College of Trial Lawyers, a Past President of the Georgia Defense Lawyers Association, and a Past President of the Athens Bar Association and Western Circuit Bar Association. He holds an AV® Rating by Martindale-Hubbell ®, has been named annually in Super Lawyers from 2004-2017 and received the Legion of Merit from Phi Delta Theta.
