Taylor Cruz

Taylor Cruz has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. Starting as a Multimedia Departmental Assistant at California Lutheran University, Taylor then worked as a Graphic Design Intern at Cabrillo Music Theatre, a Website Design Consultant at ACU Web, Alfi International, and The Gift Basket Mall, a Content Migrator at Cerner Corporation, and a Web Content and Data Specialist and Content Designer at NIC Inc. from 2014 to 2021. In 2021, Taylor joined BlastX as an Analytics Strategist II and III. Throughout their career, Taylor has used Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Survey Monkey, and HotJar to implement and process website and application data, as well as Google Data Studio and Abode InDesign to develop custom dashboards and reports. They have also created video content to highlight and demonstrate products, and migrated content from Word and Excel documents to CMS platforms.

Taylor Cruz attended California Lutheran University from 2011 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Website Design, Digital/Multimedia and Information Resources Design. In 2017, they obtained a Google Tag Manager Certification from Google, as well as an SEO Certification from Simplilearn. Taylor also has a Google Analytics Certification, obtained in August 2022.
