Group Fitness Instructor at Blast Fitness

Jan Thome is an experienced group fitness instructor and educator with a diverse background in both fitness and language instruction. Currently, Jan has been a Group Fitness Instructor at Blast Fitness since May 2012, teaching classes such as Spinning, Powerflex, and Yoga-Pilates. In addition to fitness, Jan has been a French and Spanish educator at Clarence High School since September 1996, demonstrating dedication through roles such as Sophomore Class Advisor and Building Literacy Facilitator. Previous experience includes working as a Group Exercise Instructor at Bally's Total Fitness and serving as the Day Camp Director for Girl Scouts of Niagara County. Jan holds a Master of Science in Spanish Linguistics from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in French, Spanish, and Dance from the State University of New York College at Potsdam.
