Andrew Hobden has extensive experience in information technology, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Head of Information Technology at Blatchford since August 2005, Andrew leads the development and operation of IT systems, overseeing budgeting, planning, and strategic innovation. Previously, Andrew held positions at Blatchford as IT Operations Manager, Systems Manager, and Senior Developer, focusing on infrastructure management, enterprise system design, and the development of clinical management tools. Prior to Blatchford, Andrew worked as a Senior Developer at Aon Hewitt, maintaining a pension actuarial system, and as a Senior Analyst Programmer at Marlborough Stirling. Andrew's foundational experience began at Sun Life Financial of Canada (UK) as an Analyst Programmer, where development skills were first established in mainframe programming and Visual Basic.
