Zoe Stephens has extensive experience in the field of HR, spanning over 20 years. Zoe most recently served as the HR Director at Blatchford, where they were responsible for developing and implementing the international HR strategy and supporting business and employee performance. Prior to that, Zoe held the position of Head of HR at Blatchford, where they led a commercial HR team and delivered various HR solutions. Before joining Blatchford, Zoe worked as an HR Consultant at Belong2 Consultancy and as the Head of Engagement at Amey. Additionally, Zoe served as the Head of HR at Amey Services Limited, overseeing the delivery of the business strategy and providing bid leadership. Zoe also worked as an L&D Business Partner and HR Operations and Development Manager at Amey. With Johnson Controls, Zoe held the role of HRBP, and they started their HR career as an HR Advisor at Odeon Cinemas.
Zoe Stephens obtained a BA Hons degree in Hotel and Catering Management from the University of Brighton, completing their education from 1988 to 1992.
