Cassandra Higgins

Cassandra Higgins, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the HRIS Manager at Blattner, starting in October 2023, after holding the position of Senior HRIS Analyst. Prior relevant experience includes serving as an HRIS Analyst at Virgin Voyages from August 2022 to October 2023 and progressing through roles such as HRIS Specialist and HRIS Coordinator at Ryder System, Inc. from January 2020 to August 2022. Early career experiences include an HR internship at J & Y DENTAL LLC in late 2019 and a Zero-Based Budgeting Finance internship at Ryder System, Inc. in mid-2019. Cassandra holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Florida International University, where also obtained a Bachelor's degree in the same field, in addition to an Associate of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Broward College.
