Kari Brownson

Kari Brownson, M.S., has accumulated extensive experience in talent development and project coordination, currently serving as an Associate Talent Development Partner at Blattner Company since September 2019, with previous roles as a Training Specialist and Human Resources Assistant in Training. Prior to this, Kari worked at Spark Collaborative from January 2013 to December 2020, where responsibilities included creating online content, managing projects, and developing training materials. Additional experience includes serving as an Operations Assistant for HealthMeans + Health Talks Online, contributing to project management and content editing, and completing an internship in Human Resources at a Media Relations Agency. Kari holds a Master’s of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from St. Cloud State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Dakota.
