Rick Felder is an operations and project leader with over 20 years of experience in manufacturing and continuous improvement, specializing in operations management, strategy, and team leadership. Currently a Manager of Business Process Improvement at Blattner, Rick leads cross-functional teams and drives efficiencies through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Previously, Rick held roles at companies such as Dannon, Anheuser-Busch, and General Mills, focusing on capacity expansion, new product launches, and cost-saving initiatives. Rick earned an MBA with a concentration in Finance and Accounting from The College of William and Mary and is pursuing a Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering at Washington University in St. Louis.
