Amalia Yeghiazaryan is an experienced professional in incident management and customer support, currently serving as the Incident Manager at Tiqets since December 2021. Prior roles include serving as a Customer Support Technician at IBM, and as a CSD Video and Infrastructure Engineer at both Ericsson and Liberty Global. Amalia began a career in the tech industry as a Junior QA Analyst at MOBGEN and has extensive experience in service support and complaint handling from tenure at Orange. Amalia holds a Master of Science degree in Radio Engineering and Communication Systems from the National Academy of Sciences of Armenia.
