Caylynn Lewis

Caylynn Lewis currently serves as the Operations Lead at Blaze, an AI tool focused on enhancing content creation for teams, where responsibilities include internal and people operations in direct support of the CEO. Previously, Caylynn held the role of Executive Business Partner at Almanac, a technology start-up with a diverse global workforce, overseeing internal operations, talent acquisition, and budget management while assisting the CEO. Prior experience includes positions at Broyhill Asset Management as both Client Services and Executive Assistant and Chief of Staff, as well as educational roles in Denver Public Schools where responsibilities ranged from elementary leadership to teaching and professional development facilitation. Caylynn holds a Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from the University of Northern Colorado.
