Carrissa Beckman is a Physician Assistant Certified with experience in family medicine and primary care at North Memorial Health since September 2022. Prior to this role, Carrissa served as a substitute teacher in the Anoka-Hennepin School District and worked as a teaching assistant in the anatomy lab for St. Catherine University's Master of Physician Assistant Studies program. Carrissa's background includes experience as a Clinical Research Associate at IQVIA, along with various research and clinical support positions at institutions such as the University of Minnesota Medical Center and the Minneapolis Medical Research Foundation. Carrissa holds a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from St. Catherine University, a Master of Biological Sciences in Neuroscience/Physiology from the University of Minnesota, and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry/Molecular Biology alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
