Nicole Kapinos has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Nicole is currently working as the Director of Care Management at Blaze Health. Prior to this, they held the position of Adjunct Faculty Member at Charter Oak State College. Nicole also worked as a Consultant at NK Informatics LLC. Nicole gained experience in population health and quality improvement as the Director of Population Health/Quality Improvement at the Federal Urban Health Network. Before that, they were a Senior Project Coordinator at HealthPartners. Nicole'searlier experience includes roles such as Department Manager and RN, Operations Supervisor and RN, and Staff RN at Park Nicollet Health Services, where they managed physician schedules, conducted assessments, and provided telephone triage.
Nicole Kapinos attended the University of Rhode Island from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Nursing. Nicole then went on to pursue further education at the University of Minnesota from 2012 to 2016. During this time, they earned a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree, specializing in Nursing Informatics. In addition to their academic achievements, Nicole Kapinos also obtained a Lean Certification from Park Nicollet Health Services in June 2013.
