Blazer provides developers, owners and financial institutions general construction and construction administration services with a specific focus on for-rent apartment homes. Blazer provides construction services through a number of platforms including General Contracting; Self-Performed Work; Construction Management; and Design-Build. Our construction expertise includes high-density, mid-rise projects; suburban, walk-up properties; independent senior living communities and student-oriented housing. The Blazer team is made up of a knowledgeable group of professionals with decades of multifamily construction industry experience. This experience allows us to solve the critical problems facing our clients at each project stage; from concept design to pre-construction through completion.
