Nathan Kelley has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Nathan started their career as a Systems Analyst at Universal Computer Systems in 2000. In 2002, they joined IBC Bank where they worked as an Underwriter, analyzing and underwriting prospective commercial real estate developments. Nathan then moved to Regions Financial Corporation in 2005, initially as an Underwriter, and later as a Vice President/Real Estate Banking. In this role, they managed a $250 million portfolio of credit facilities and developed strong relationships with commercial real estate developers. In 2012, Nathan joined Blazer as the Chief Financial Officer and Co-head of Development. Nathan played a pivotal role in maintaining and building relationships with capital partners and creating financing solutions for projects.
Nathan Kelley pursued their education with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University from 1998 to 2002. Nathan'sfield of study during this time was focused on Management of Information Systems. Later, in 2008 to 2009, Nathan Kelley continued their academic journey at Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance.

The Blazer team is made up of a knowledgeable group of professionals with decades of multifamily construction industry experience. Over our 40+ year history, Blazer has overseen the construction of nearly 40,000 apartment homes in twelve states across the south, east coast and mid-west.
