Tyler Aikens

Tyler Aikens is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations management, project leadership, and team oversight. Currently serving as Team Lead, CDL Shuttle Driver, and Special Project Lead at Aspen Skiing Company since November 2021, Tyler effectively manages team operations while ensuring safety and compliance. In addition, Tyler holds the position of Lot Manager and Trip Leader at Blazing Adventures, focusing on vehicle and equipment maintenance and overseeing rafting trips. Previous experiences include a Sales Support Intern role at TMR Technology, contributing significantly to lead generation, and an Operations Intern position at Sam's Club, enhancing operational efficiencies. Tyler also founded Warrior Strong T-Shirts to support community initiatives following a tragic event, showcasing entrepreneurial spirit alongside a bachelor's degree in Operations Management and a certificate in Entrepreneurship from the University of Colorado Boulder.
