Paul Dear is an experienced professional with a diverse background in technology management and recruitment. Currently serving as an Associate at the College of Policing, Amberjack Global, Outplacement First, Premier Partnership, and Capita Business Services, Paul has extensive expertise in redeployment, outplacement, and HR recruitment consulting for large organizations, including government departments. Previously, Paul held pivotal roles such as Assistant Venue Technology Manager during the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games and the London Olympic and Paralympic Games, overseeing IT and technological requirements.
