Tiffany Johnson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and community engagement. Currently serving as the Director of Startup Engagement for Underserved Minorities at Microsoft and as an Angel Investor with Hurupay, Tiffany is also a Venture Fellow with BLCK VC, focusing on empowering Black operators and technology executives. Tiffany contributes to the United Way of King County as a Board Member, promoting community stability and education. Previously, Tiffany held various roles at Amazon, including Global Business Development Manager for URF Startups and played a significant part in Amazon’s $150M Business Accelerator. With foundational internships in environmental health and safety at Boeing and FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, Tiffany holds Bachelor's degrees in Environmental Science, Environmental Science/Chemistry, and Public Administration from Medgar Evers College and American Public University.
