Courtney Harms

Courtney Harms serves as the Director of Human Resources for BMC. Ms. Harms oversees the implementation of industry-leading processes and procedures, with an emphasis on compliance, risk management, and people-centric initiatives. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Colorado State University. Courtney joined the company in 2021 and brings over 9 years of experience in multifamily housing. Prior to BMC, she worked at Cornerstone Apartment Services, where she built the company’s human resources department.
