Parke Pettegrew

Parke Pettegrew serves as the Vice President of Property Management Training & Performance for BMC. Mr. Pettegrew leads the training for the Property Management team, helping to develop best practices for the organization. Parke began his 22-year property management career in Assisted Living for ARV Assisted Living as a Training Manager before joining Archstone-Smithand later Carmel Partners serving as Vice President of Training and Development. Additionally, Mr. Pettegrew has operated in senior level Training, Human Resources, Operations and Risk Management roles for large companies such as Holland Partners, Cardinal Management Group, Pinnacle and most recently Highmark Residential. Parke is an active Board of Directors member for the Apartment Association of Denver.
