Tori Schultz

Tori Schultz serves as a Senior Associate on the Development Team for BMC. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a dual Master’s degree in Urban & Regional Planning and MBA from CU Denver. Tori joined the company in 2021 and brings over 7 years of experience in project management and development. Prior to BMC, she worked at NexMetro Communities, specializing in underwriting, design, and construction of multifamily and single-family rental homes.
